CQC Report HTG-UK East - Norwich
Our services at HTG-UK East - Norwich were inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in September 2025.
Despite our full co-operation, the CQC has published a report which contains many factual inaccuracies and other serious misrepresentations.
We have lodged a formal complaint with the CQC's Chief Executive and we are also considering legal action against the agency.
As a company that always strives for continuous improvement, we are never complacent and we always accept properly evidenced criticism.
We would like to assure the many vulnerable patients in the Norfolk Waveney area who rely on us, that we will continue to provide a safe, professional and compassionate service.
