Job Purpose:   To provide effective leadership and oversight of Out of Hours Control Centre Operations - ensuring the smooth running of daily activities and the consistent support of controllers. It also involves close collaboration with Communications and IT to maintain core systems and uphold business continuity, compliance with policies, procedures, KPI's and CQC requirements.
